Beta terms

Using Honest Effort

Honest Effort is an adult fitness planning and logging beta operated by SAD Studios. Use it only if you are at least 18 and agree to the Health, fitness & liability disclaimer. It provides general fitness information, not medical advice or professional supervision.

Your choices and records

Choose exercises and loads appropriate for your abilities and equipment. Record results honestly, use a comfortable range and stop if you experience pain or concerning symptoms. Consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate. You control your local records and backups; the Privacy Policy explains storage, Google ads and voluntary feedback.

Beta availability

This beta may contain defects and features may change. Keep backups of important records. Workouts do not automatically sync between devices. Demonstration ads in this beta earn no advertising revenue.

Content and responsible use

Use the app lawfully. App code, design and original content belong to SAD Studios or applicable licensors. Your use does not transfer ownership of that content.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided as available without guarantees of availability, fitness results or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. The separate health and fitness disclaimer explains exercise-related limitations.
